President Clinton will begin his second day in Japan by delivering a speech to the American Chamber of Commerce. After this event, the President will greet member of the American Embassy. President Clinton will then hold a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Obuchi.

The President departs Tokyo, Japan for Seoul, Republic of Korea Friday evening.
