The Executive Office of the President (EOP) entities subject to the FOIA are: The EOP entities exempt from the provisions of the FOIA are: Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests: Definitions of FOIA/PA Request: Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act request.
