Due to limited space, three representatives from each cabinet agency or one representative from each major agency may attend these classes. It is our expectation that these representatives will share the information provided with their co-workers. The classes will be held in the Truman room or Eisenhower room of the White House Conference Center, 726 Jackson Place, NW, Washington D.C. 20503.

There are four supported ways to access the EOP's computer: (1) Internet; (2) Windows NT 3.51
dialer software; (3) Windows NT 4.0 dialer software; and, (4) Windows 95 dialer software. The
following communications training classes will cover configuring your communication software
to access the EOP's computer, installing and configuring the MAX A-11 software, and logging
on the MAX system. If you are unsure of which class you should take, please call Martha
Wallace at 395-5682. You must bring your MAX UserID, SecurID card, and your password to
class with you. The classes will be held in room 4203 of the New Executive Office Building, 725
17th Street N.W., and will last approximately two hours.
