Report on the Presidential Mission on Children Orphaned by AIDS in Sub-Saharan Africa: Findings and Plan of Action.
Released by the Vice President on July 19, 1999, it provides information on a Presidential Mission led by ONAP Director Sandra Thurman to look at the AIDS pandemic in Sub-Saharan Africa and its effects on children. It includes an outline of a new Administration initiative to address this growing crisis.
